This cabinet features a clear polycarbonate door for visibility and accessibility, while its removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient temperature adjustments up to 200°F. Equipped with universal wire slides on 3-inch centers, adjustable in 1 1/2-inch increments, it accommodates either 18 pans measuring 18 inches by 26 inches or 34 pans measuring 12 inches by 20 inches by 2 1/2 inches. Its mobility is enhanced by 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes, ensuring stability during use. The durable aluminum construction is coupled with a NEMA 5-20P plug, operating at 120 volts and powered by 2000 watts with a current draw of 16.7 amps.
