This mobile, full-height cabinet utilizes Grey Insulation Armour™ to enhance its thermal efficiency while maintaining a lightweight aluminum construction. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors that provide easy visibility of contents. The cabinet's removable bottom mount control module includes a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, offering precise temperature control for both proofing and holding. Its fixed wire slides can accommodate up to (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, making it versatile for various food storage needs. The cabinet is mounted on 5" casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. Operating at 120 volts with a power consumption of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug, ensuring compatibility with standard electrical outlets.
