Its removable bottom mount control module houses a thermostat capable of reaching up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control. The cabinet is designed to accommodate up to thirty-five 18" x 26" pans with its lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers, making it ideal for high-volume operations.
