This specialized cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™, providing efficient heat retention while consuming lower wattage for energy-conscious operations. Equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors and a removable bottom mount control module, it offers both functionality and ease of maintenance. The thermostat is adjustable up to 200°F, catering to various holding and proofing requirements. This cabinet accommodates up to 18 pans of 18" x 26" or 34 pans of 12" x 20" x 2.5", thanks to its universal wire slides on 3-inch centers, adjustable in 1.5-inch increments. Mobility is enhanced with 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on a 120v/60/1 phase power supply, utilizing 1440 watts and 12 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
