The Metro C539-CLDS-4A C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet - Lower Wattage is an advanced solution tailored for commercial kitchens seeking efficient space management and temperature control. This full-height, mobile cabinet is equipped with Red Insulation Armour™, ensuring optimal heat retention while maintaining energy efficiency at a lower wattage. Designed to facilitate various food service applications, it features Dutch insulated aluminum doors for enhanced thermal insulation and easy access. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward maintenance and adjustments of the internal thermostat, which can be set up to 200°F. With a pan capacity accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, the cabinet offers significant storage versatility. Fixed wire slides on 3" centers provide robust support for stored items. Mobility is ensured by 5" casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. Operating on a 120v/60/1-ph electrical system, the unit draws 1440 watts at 12 amps and is fitted with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
