The Metro C539-CLDS-U C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet - Lower Wattage is a versatile and efficient solution designed for the foodservice industry. This mobile, full-height cabinet is engineered with Red Insulation Armour™ to ensure heat retention and energy efficiency. It features Dutch insulated aluminum doors, which help maintain consistent temperatures with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F. The cabinet's removable bottom mount control module allows for easy maintenance and adaptability. Inside, it offers universal wire slides on 3-inch centers, which are adjustable in 1 1/2-inch increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. For mobility and stability, the cabinet is equipped with 5-inch casters, including two with brakes. Operating on 120v/60/1 ph electrical specifications, the cabinet uses 1440 watts and 12 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
