It offers exceptional pan capacity, accommodating either 18 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 34 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2", with universal wire slides adjustable on 1-1/2" increments on 3" centers. Mobility is ensured with 5" casters, including two with brakes for stability. The cabinet operates on a lower wattage of 1440 watts and requires a 120v/60/1-ph power source, drawing 12 amps and equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
