This full-height, mobile cabinet is equipped with a durable aluminum construction and features a removable bottom mount control module, allowing for easy management and maintenance. It is designed to accommodate either 18 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 34 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2 1/2", thanks to its fixed wire slides on 3" centers. The cabinet's thermostat can be set up to 200°F, making it suitable for a wide range of heating needs. The unit is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes, ensuring smooth mobility and stability when needed. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, the cabinet draws 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, and it uses a NEMA 5-20P plug.
