Its removable bottom mount control module includes a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. The cabinet's internal design accommodates up to 34 pans, measuring 18" x 26", using lip load slides spaced at 1 1/2" centers. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which are fitted with brakes for secure positioning and mobility. Built with a durable aluminum framework, this cabinet operates at 120v/60/1 ph, using 1440 watts and drawing 12 amps, fitted with a NEMA 5 15P plug.
