Featuring the innovative Blue Insulation Armour™, this mobile, full-height cabinet is insulated for optimal thermal retention. Designed with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors, it allows easy monitoring of stored contents while maintaining temperature integrity. The cabinet is equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, facilitating user-friendly operation and maintenance. Its thermostat is adjustable up to 200°F, providing precise temperature control. The universal wire slides, positioned on 3-inch centers and adjustable in 1 1/2-inch increments, offer versatile storage for up to eighteen 18" x 26" pans or thirty-four 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced by 5-inch casters, with two featuring brakes for secure positioning.
