Featuring the distinctive Red Insulation Armour™, this cabinet ensures enhanced energy efficiency and temperature retention. The cabinet's structure includes Dutch clear polycarbonate doors, providing both visibility and insulation. A removable bottom mount control module facilitates easy maintenance, while the thermostat allows precise temperature control up to 200°F. Inside, the cabinet offers universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (17) 18" x 26" pans or (32) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, making it versatile for various food service operations. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability.
