The Metro C539-HLDS-L-BU C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet Lower Wattage With Blue Insulation Armour™ is a full-height, mobile solution designed for high-efficiency temperature maintenance in various foodservice operations. This cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™, providing superior thermal retention and energy efficiency at a lower wattage. The unit is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for enhanced insulation and accessibility. A removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient maintenance and flexibility, while the thermostat is adjustable up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control. The cabinet is designed with lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers, accommodating up to 35 pans measuring 18" x 26". Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which include brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1 phase with 1440 watts and 12 amps, it includes a NEMA 5-15P plug for compatibility with standard outlets.
