The Metro C539-MDC-U-GY C5™ 3 Series Moisture Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet with Grey Insulation Armour™ is a versatile and efficient solution for food service operations requiring precise temperature and moisture control. This mobile, full-height cabinet is insulated and features Dutch clear polycarbonate doors, offering durability and visibility. It is equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, allowing for easy maintenance and adjustments. The thermostat can reach up to 200°F, providing optimal heating conditions. Moisture control ensures that stored items retain their desired texture and flavor. With universal wire slides adjustable on 1 1/2" increments, this cabinet can accommodate (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, making it ideal for various culinary applications. The 5" casters, two of which have brakes, provide stability and ease of mobility within a kitchen environment.
