Featuring insulated Dutch aluminum doors, this cabinet ensures reliable temperature retention and energy efficiency, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. The Red Insulation Armour™ enhances its thermal capabilities, making it suitable for diverse environmental conditions. The cabinet accommodates up to thirty-five 18" x 26" pans on lip load slides spaced at 1 1/2" centers, providing ample capacity for high-volume operations. A removable bottom mount control module offers convenient access for maintenance, while the 5" casters, two of which have brakes, allow for smooth mobility.
