This full-height cabinet is insulated with Dutch insulated aluminum doors, offering superior thermal retention and energy efficiency. It features a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat capable of reaching up to 200°F, paired with moisture control to maintain optimal food conditions. The cabinet's universal wire slides are adjustable on 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, making it suitable for various baking and cooking operations. Equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes, the unit is easily maneuverable in any kitchen space. Constructed from durable aluminum and powered by a 120v/60/1 ph electrical system, it delivers 2000 watts and 16.7 amps of heating power.
