The unit features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility and access, complemented by a removable bottom mount control module that accommodates adjustments up to 200°F. With universal wire slides adjustable on 1 1/2" increments, it offers flexibility to hold (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
