The Migali Industries C-CB36-HC Competitor SeriesĀ® Refrigerated Equipment Stand/Chef Base Single Section is a versatile and efficient solution tailored for the food service industry. With a width of 35.6 inches and a capacity of 4.7 cubic feet, this unit is designed to accommodate the rigorous demands of professional kitchens. It features a side mount self-contained refrigeration system and includes two drawers capable of holding six 1/6 size pans (pans not included). The chef base is equipped with CompexĀ® heavy-duty self-closing slides and a digital temperature controller/display, maintaining a temperature range from +33Ā°F to +41Ā°F. The forced air cooling system ensures consistent temperature distribution, while its stainless steel top, exterior, and interior offer durability and easy maintenance. The unit is mobile, with four 6-inch casters, two of which are locking for stability. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and powered by a 1/7+ HP motor, it operates at 115v/60/1-ph with 2.3 amps and a NEMA 5-15P plug.
