Designed for durability and ease of use, it features Compex® heavy-duty self-closing slides supporting two drawers, capable of accommodating eighteen 1/6 size pans (not included). The stainless steel construction of both the top and exterior/interior ensures longevity and easy cleaning, while the digital temperature controller and display offer precise temperature management. Mobility is facilitated by four 6-inch casters, two of which are locking for stability during use. Operating at 115 volts, 60 Hz, and 2.3 amps, it includes a NEMA 5-15P plug for easy installation.
