The Migali Industries C-CB52-HC Competitor Series® Refrigerated Equipment Stand/Chef Base Single Section is a robust refrigeration solution designed for commercial kitchens and food service operations. With a width of 52 inches and a storage capacity of 10.4 cubic feet, this unit effectively meets diverse culinary needs. Its side mount self-contained refrigeration system incorporates (2) drawers that can accommodate (18) 1/6 size pans, providing flexible storage options, although pans are not included. The unit utilizes Compex® heavy-duty self-closing slides and a digital temperature controller and display, maintaining precise temperatures between +33°F and +41°F. Forced air cooling ensures even air distribution, essential for maintaining food safety and quality. Constructed with stainless steel on both the top and exterior-interior surfaces, this chef base is durable and easy to clean. The unit is mobile, equipped with (4) 6-inch casters, 2 of which are locking for stability. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the equipment stand is energy efficient, operating at 1/6 HP, 115v/60/1-ph, and 2.3 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, it adheres to industry safety standards.
