This unit boasts a spacious 72.4-inch width and a 15.0 cubic feet capacity, making it an excellent choice for kitchens with high-volume demands. Featuring side mount self-contained refrigeration, it includes four drawers that can accommodate up to 24 1/6 size pans, though these pans are not included. The Compex® heavy-duty self-closing slides ensure ease of use and enhanced functionality. Its digital temperature controller and display maintain temperatures between +33°F to +41°F, supported by a forced air cooling system for consistent performance. The equipment stand is constructed with durable stainless steel on both its top, exterior, and interior, ensuring longevity and easy cleaning. It is mounted on four 6-inch casters, two of which lock for stability. Powered by a 1/4 HP compressor, utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, it operates on 115v/60/1-ph with a 3.1 amp draw, equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
