The Migali Industries C-SP27-12BT-HC Competitor Series® Refrigerated Counter/Big Top Sandwich Prep Table is a versatile unit designed for efficient food preparation and storage. With a compact size of 27.5 inches in width and a capacity of 6.5 cubic feet, this refrigerated counter is ideal for various foodservice establishments. The rear mount self-contained refrigeration system can accommodate up to twelve 1/6 size pans, although these pans are not included. The table features a single solid hinged door and one shelf, with adapter bars provided for flexible configuration. It includes a 9-1/4 inch deep cutting board, enhancing its functionality for sandwich preparation. The digital controller/display maintains temperatures between +33°F to +41°F, ensuring optimal food preservation. The unit employs forced air cooling and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, offering an environmentally friendly refrigeration solution. Its stainless steel exterior and interior provide durability and ease of cleaning. The table is supported by four 6-inch casters, two of which are locking, facilitating mobility and stability. Operating on 115v/60/1-ph electricity at 3.3 amps, it uses a 1/4 HP motor with a NEMA 5-15P plug, and holds cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications.
