The Migali Industries C-SP27-8-HC Competitor Series® Refrigerated Counter/Sandwich Prep Table is a versatile unit tailored for efficient food preparation and storage in demanding environments. With a compact width of 27.5 inches, this single-section prep table offers a storage capacity of 6.5 cubic feet, making it suitable for small to medium-sized kitchens. It accommodates up to eight 1/6 size pans (not included), facilitating organized ingredient storage. The unit features a rear mount self-contained refrigeration system and forced air cooling technology, maintaining temperatures between +33°F to +41°F for optimal food safety. The durable stainless steel exterior and interior ensure longevity and ease of cleaning. Equipped with a 9-1/4 inch deep cutting board and included adapter bars, the table enhances prep efficiency. Its solid hinged door and shelf provide additional storage flexibility. Mobility is ensured with four 6-inch casters, two of which are locking. It operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/4 HP motor and uses a 115v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 3.3 amps and utilizing a NEMA 5-15P plug.
