This unit is engineered with a rear mount self-contained refrigeration system that utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, ensuring eco-friendly cooling performance within the +33° to +41° temperature range. With the capability to accommodate ten 1/6 size pans (not included), it provides ample space for diverse ingredients, making it a versatile solution for sandwich prep needs. The table is equipped with a 9-1/4" deep cutting board and comes with adapter bars for added convenience. Constructed with a robust stainless steel exterior and interior, it promises durability and easy maintenance. The unit features two solid hinged doors and two shelves, enhancing storage options.
