The Migali Industries C-SP48-18BT-HC Competitor Series Refrigerated Counter/Big Top Sandwich Prep Table is a versatile unit perfect for various food service operations. With a width of 48.2 inches and a 12.0 cubic foot capacity, this two-section refrigerated counter is expertly designed to accommodate up to eighteen 1/6 size pans (not included). It features two solid hinged doors and two adjustable shelves, offering ample space for diverse storage needs. The 9-1/4 inch deep cutting board provides a generous workspace for food preparation. The rear mount self-contained refrigeration system employs R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is both eco-friendly and efficient, maintaining temperatures between +33°F to +41°F. The forced air cooling system ensures consistent temperature distribution, aided by a digital controller with an easy-to-read display. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, the unit is mounted on four 6-inch casters, two of which are lockable for secure positioning.
