The design accommodates 16 one-sixth size pans, though these are not included, providing ample space for ingredients. Featuring two solid hinged doors and two adjustable shelves, the unit is constructed with a robust stainless steel exterior and interior, ensuring durability and ease of cleaning. The table includes a 9.25-inch deep cutting board and adapter bars, enhancing its functionality. Its rear mount self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, operating within a temperature range of +33Ā°F to +41Ā°F.
