The Migali Industries C-SP60-24BT-HC Competitor Series® Refrigerated Counter/Big Top Sandwich Prep Table is a versatile, two-section unit designed to meet the demands of commercial kitchens and food service operations. With a generous width of 60.2 inches and a capacity of 18.2 cubic feet, it offers ample storage space for refrigeration needs. This product is engineered with rear mount self-contained refrigeration, effectively maintaining temperatures between +33°F and +41°F. It accommodates up to 24 one-sixth size pans, providing flexibility for various food preparation setups (pans are not included). The unit features two solid hinged doors and two shelves, ensuring organized storage. A 9-1/4 inch deep cutting board enhances its functionality for sandwich prep tasks. The refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP motor, operating on 115 volts with a 5.1 amp draw, and is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Digital controller/display and forced air cooling system provide precise temperature management. The robust construction includes a stainless steel exterior and interior, and it is fitted with four 6-inch casters, two of which are locking for stability.
