The Migali Industries C-SP72-18-HC Competitor Series® Refrigerated Counter/Sandwich Prep Table is a versatile piece of equipment designed for commercial kitchens. With a generous width of 72.7 inches and a storage capacity of 24.5 cubic feet, it efficiently supports high-volume food preparation needs. The table features a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that accommodates eighteen 1/6 size pans (not included). Its forced air cooling technology maintains temperatures between +33°F to +41°F, ensuring optimal freshness. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, the table is built to withstand demanding kitchen environments. It includes three solid hinged doors and shelves, along with a 9-1/4 inch deep cutting board and adapter bars. The unit is equipped with a digital controller/display for precise temperature management. For mobility and stability, it comes with four 6-inch casters, two of which are locking. Powered by a 1/2 HP motor and operating on 115 volts with a NEMA 5-15P plug, it uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, adhering to eco-friendly standards. Certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, the product also supports environmental initiatives through Migali's Plant-A-Tree Pledge, planting a tree for every product sold in partnership with the Earth Day Network.
