This electric pizza oven boasts dual 41-inch wide by 26-inch deep by 5-1/2-inch high decks, capable of accommodating either ten 12-inch pizzas or four 18-inch pizzas simultaneously, as well as holding four 16-inch by 22-inch sheet pans. The oven operates at a maximum temperature of 840°F, utilizing dual temperature technology and electronic controls for precise heat management. Its durable build features stainless steel, bottom-hinged doors and an external structure designed to withstand rigorous use. The interior is equipped with a refractory brick baking surface to enhance heat retention and distribution, ensuring optimal pizza crust quality. Halogen lighting within the oven provides clear visibility of baking progress. While an open frame stand with casters and a hood are available as optional accessories, they are sold separately.
