The Fineline FINELINE WALK-IN Fineline™ Walk-in Custom Panels are expertly designed for efficiency and reliability, offering 4-inch thick panels, with an optional upgrade to 5-inch thickness, providing superior insulation tailored to diverse industrial needs. These panels feature CFC-free and HCFC-free HFC-245fa polyurethane insulation, which is environmentally conscious while ensuring optimal thermal retention. Each unit includes either a 30-inch or 36-inch door at no additional cost, equipped with the NL9800 deadbolt locking handle featuring an independent key/padlock system and an inside safety release for enhanced security and accessibility. The door system is supported by two cam-lift hinges, including one adjustable spring-loaded hinge (NL2400), a sweep gasket, and a spring-actuated door closer for seamless operation. To ensure user safety and functionality, the units are built with a perimeter heater wire, a digital thermometer, and a light within the door section that includes a switch with a pilot light. Floorless units are designed with coved sealers and door slam braces for improved durability. Additional customization options include creating multiple rooms with partitions of varying heights and lengths and selecting from various metal surface options.
