    Handle broke off in less than a week

    The freezer seems to work well enough, but the screws that hold the handle on snapped off and are stuck in the door, so we no longer have a handle on the unit. Pretty disappointing.

    Hi James, thank you for your feedback on the Ojeda countertop freezer. We're sorry to hear that the handle broke off so quickly and that the screws snapped and became stuck in the door. A handle failure within a week is definitely not acceptable, especially when it leaves you unable to properly access your freezer. We understand how frustrating this must be when you need reliable access to your unit for daily operations. This should still be covered under the manufacturer warranty and we can work to get your unit repaired or replaced.
