The Penn Scale D52P125RTX5 Ohaus® Defender® 5000 Scale Bench Style Low-profile is a precision measuring instrument tailored for versatile industrial applications. With a maximum capacity of 250 lb, 125 kg, or 125,000 g, this scale delivers a resolution of 0.05 lb, 0.020 kg, or 20 g, ensuring accurate measurements. The scale features a low-profile rectangular design with a 24" x 18" x 5-1/8" stainless steel removable weighing platform, supported by a stainless steel front-mount bracket with a handle for enhanced portability. Its TD52P ABS indicator supports multiple weighing units, including lb, oz, kg, g, metric tonnes, and short tons, with an internal counting resolution of 1-500,000. Application modes such as weighing, percent weighing, piece counting, check weighing, and dynamic weighing cater to various industrial needs. The dot matrix LCD with LED backlight offers clear visibility, while the scale's safe overload capacity is 150% of its max capacity. Operating smoothly within a temperature range of 14°F to 104°F, it includes standard RS232 and optional connectivity options like Ethernet and WiFi/Bluetooth. Constructed with a powder-coated steel base and a moisture-sealed aluminum load cell, it is powered by a 100-240V supply with an optional rechargeable battery offering 20 hours of continuous use.
