Featuring a rugged 12" x 12" x 3-3/4" stainless steel removable weighing platform, it supports a maximum capacity of 25 lb - 0.005 lb / 400 oz - 0.05 oz / 12.5 kg - 0.002 kg / 12,500 g - 2 g. This scale is supported by a 13-13/16"H powder-coated steel column, ensuring stability and durability. It is equipped with a TD52P ABS indicator, showcasing a dot matrix LCD with white LED backlight (256 x 80 pixels) for clear readouts. The Defender® 5000 offers multiple application modes: weighing, percent weighing, piece counting with optimized APW, check weighing/check counting, dynamic weighing/display hold. It boasts an internal counting resolution of 1-500,000, and a max display resolution of 1-25,000, with a safe overload capacity of 150% of max capacity. Connectivity options include standard RS232, with optional ethernet, WiFi/Bluetooth, RS232/RS485/USB, analog output, and 2 in/4 out discrete I/O. Suitable for varied temperature ranges (14°F to 104°F), it is NTEP certified (counting function not legal for trade), CE, CSA approved, and features a rechargeable lithium battery option lasting 20 hours for continuous use.
