The Penn Scale D52P25RQR5 Ohaus® Defender® 5000 Scale Bench Style Low-profile is a precision weighing instrument designed for versatility in industrial settings. With a compact footprint of 12" x 12" x 3-3/4", the scale features a durable stainless steel removable weighing platform and a front-mount bracket with handle for ease of use. It supports multiple weighing units including lb, oz, lb-oz, kg, g, metric tonnes, and short ton, catering to diverse measurement requirements. The internal counting resolution reaches 1-500,000, ensuring high accuracy across its weighing modes, which include standard weighing, percent weighing, piece counting with optimized APW, and check weighing-check counting. The dot matrix LCD display, enhanced by a white LED backlight, presents a clear and concise 256 x 80 pixel readout with a maximum display resolution of 1-25,000. Constructed with a powder-coated steel base and an aluminum load cell that is silicon-sealed against moisture, it boasts a safe overload capacity of 150% of its maximum limit. Operating seamlessly between 14°F to 104°F (-10°C to 40°C), the unit supports RS232, with optional ethernet, WiFi-Bluetooth, and other interfaces. It is powered by a 100-240v/50/60 supply, with optional rechargeable lithium battery providing 20 hours of continuous use.
