The Penn Scale D52XW50WQV8 Ohaus® Defender® 5000 Scale Bench Style Washdown is a high-precision weighing instrument designed for environments demanding robust performance and reliability. Featuring a stainless steel square weighing platform measuring 24" x 24" x 5-1/8", this scale supports a maximum capacity of 100 lb - 0.02 lb (1600 oz - 0.32 oz, 50 kg - 0.010 kg, 50,000 g - 10 g). Its TD52XW stainless steel indicator, enhanced with a sandblasted surface treatment, boasts IP68/NEMA 4X protection, ensuring durability in harsh conditions. The scale accommodates multiple weighing units including lb, oz, lb-oz, kg, g, metric tonnes, short ton, and custom units, with an internal counting resolution of 1-500,000. It offers diverse application modes such as weighing, percent weighing, piece counting with optimized APW, check weighing-check counting, dynamic weighing-display hold. The dot matrix LCD display, with a white LED backlight (256 x 80 pixels), ensures clear visibility, while the scale's linearity-repeatability is +/- 2d. Additional features include a stabilization time within 1 second, a standard RS232 interface with optional Ethernet, Wi-Fi-Bluetooth, RS232-RS485-USB, and a power supply range of 100-240v/50/60. Constructed with a stainless steel frame and silicon-sealed IP67 stainless steel loadcell, the scale offers optional rechargeable lithium battery power with 20 hours of continuous use.
