The Scotsman HID540A-1 Meridian™ Ice & Water Dispenser Touchfree® Infrared Dispensing is a state-of-the-art unit engineered for high-efficiency ice and water dispensing. With a substantial production capacity of up to 500 lb/24 hours at 70°F/50°F (365 lb AHRI certified at 90°F/70°F), it is tailored for demanding environments. This air-cooled dispenser features a 40 lb bin storage capacity and H2 Nugget Ice, emphasizing quality and consistency. The design incorporates sealed maintenance-free bearings and a removable bin and air filter, ensuring ease of maintenance. Advanced features such as the SmoothStream™ water dispensing, removable spouts and sink, and an enlarged 0.8" sink drain enhance functionality. Its stainless steel evaporator and auger, along with an enlarged 11" dispensing area, are built for durability and user convenience. The device includes a USB software upgrade port and unit-specific QR code for streamlined updates and maintenance. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, it boasts AgION™ antimicrobial protection and utilizes R-404a refrigerant, demonstrating a commitment to hygiene and environmental responsibility. Compatible with 115V/60/1, 9.0 amps electrical outputs, it comes with a 7.5’ power cord and NEMA 5-15P plug, certified by cULus, NSF, and CE, and proudly engineered and assembled in the USA.
