The Scotsman HID540W-1 Meridian™ Ice & Water Dispenser - Touchfree® Infrared Dispensing is an advanced appliance engineered for efficiency across various industry segments. It features a water-cooled system with a production capacity of up to 500 lb of H2 Nugget Ice per 24 hours at 70°F/50°F, and 400 lb certified by AHRI at 90°F/70°F. A 40 lb bin storage capacity enhances its utility for continuous use. The unit integrates sealed maintenance-free bearings for longevity and a removable bin for ease of cleaning. SmoothStream™ water dispensing, complemented by removable spouts and sink, and an enlarged 0.8" sink drain, ensures smooth operation. The dispenser’s recessed utility chase and enlarged 11" dispensing area facilitate easy access. Constructed with a stainless steel evaporator, auger, and exterior, it is equipped with AgION™ antimicrobial protection. It includes a USB software upgrade port and a unit-specific QR code for convenient technological integration.
