The Scotsman HID540WB-1 Meridian™ Ice & Water Dispenser is a high-capacity unit specifically designed for commercial use, capable of producing up to 500 pounds of H2 Nugget Ice per day at optimal conditions of 70°F ambient and 50°F water temperature, with an AHRI certification at 400 pounds at 90°F ambient and 70°F water temperature. It features a 40-pound bin storage capacity, making it suitable for environments with high demand. The dispenser offers push-button dispensing and is water-cooled, ensuring efficient ice delivery. Notable engineering includes sealed maintenance-free bearings, a removable bin, and SmoothStream™ water dispensing for user convenience. The design includes removable spouts and sink, an enlarged 0.8-inch sink drain, and a recessed utility chase, all enclosed within a sleek stainless steel exterior. The unit's stainless steel evaporator and auger further enhance durability.
