Each pump dispenses 1 oz per stroke, with the flexibility to reduce the volume in 1/4 oz increments, allowing precise portion control. The cooling system can be adapted using ice or three Universal Ice Packs (100515), which are sold separately. This product is NSF certified, ensuring it meets public health and safety standards.
