Featuring a temperature sensing thermostat and a wrap-around heating element, this unit ensures consistent warming, making it indispensable for industries that require the safe dispensing of potentially hazardous foods. The spout warmer, strategically positioned opposite the instrument panel side, enhances dispensing safety. This base is compatible with a stainless steel pump (model 06110), equipped with a plug to mitigate splashing during dispensing. It supports a 3 qt. stainless steel jar (model 94009) and includes a jar spacer (model 82063) for added convenience. Designed to operate on 517 watts with a voltage requirement of 120v/60/1-ph and drawing 4.3 amps, it comes with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug for easy connectivity.
