The Spring USA MCS-59-FPS-SP261-2 Fire Suppression Max Induction™ Cooking Station is an advanced culinary solution designed to meet the needs of professional kitchens. Featuring dual 2600-watt MAX Induction® ranges (SM-261R), this station ensures efficient and precise cooking with a temperature range of 100°F to 400°F. The integrated Buckeye BFR-5 UL300 fire suppression system enhances safety, making it suitable for high-demand environments. This cooking station is equipped with a 4-stage, self-contained air filtration system, complete with an LCD touchscreen menu and diagnostic reporting, ensuring optimal air quality and ease of use. The Versa-Gard™ premium food shields provide added protection and convenience. Constructed from commercial-grade stainless steel, it is both durable and functional, with locking and swiveling casters supporting an 800 lb weight rating for easy mobility. Additional features include double towel bars, a removable cutting board, and a laminate-enclosed cabinet. Operating on 208-240v/60/1-ph with a 5.2 kW power draw and 38 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 6-50P plug. Certified by ETL, UL STD 197, CSA C22.2 #109, UL 300, ANSI/UL 710B, and ANSI/NSF2, this custom product is made in the USA with domestic and imported parts, available with a 6-8 week lead time.
