This countertop or built-in range boasts a low-profile design with dimensions of 28"W x 18-1/8"D x 4-5/8"H. It features SmartScan® technology, providing over/under voltage protection, along with pan size and pan type recognition for precision cooking. The large LED power and temperature display, coupled with a 5mm tempered smoked black glass faceplate, ensures easy monitoring of cooking conditions. The unit incorporates a silicone rubber protective top seal and a non-skid/non-scratch base, ensuring stability and durability. Its removable mesh air filter facilitates maintenance, while solid state controls and a power on/off knob with pan-present indicator lights offer user-friendly operation. The Spring USA SM-251GRD supports dual functions: cook or temperature mode with a thermostat control, and lighted temperature indicators. In cook mode, power levels range from 1-20, while the temperature mode covers 110° - 400°F (43° - 204°C). Constructed with a satin stainless steel body, this induction range operates on 208-240v/60/1-ph, with two 2500 watt burners, 10.4 amps, and a NEMA 6-30P plug.
