A separate control panel with a 43" cable, along with a mounting frame bracket and silicone rubber protective top seal, enhances its functionality. The solid state controls include a power on/off knob and power on/pan-present indicator lights. This unit offers dual functions: cook or temperature mode, with a power level range of 1-20 in "cook" mode and a temperature range of 110° - 400° F (43° - 204° C) in "temp mode". Encased in a sleek black stainless steel body, it operates on 208-240v/60/1-ph, drawing 2600 watts and 10.8 amps, with a NEMA 6-20P plug.
