The Spring USA SM-263C MAX Induction™ International Range Countertop Single is a versatile cooking appliance designed for precision and efficiency in professional kitchens. Measuring 12-15/16" W x 16-1/2" D x 4" H (328mm x 419mm x 102mm), this low-profile induction range incorporates advanced SmartScan® technology with over/under voltage protection, ensuring reliable performance. It features pan size and type recognition, along with an integrated oversized pan support, making it compatible with a variety of cookware. The large LED power and temperature display, coupled with a 5mm tempered black smoked glass faceplate and silicone rubber protective top seal, offers a sleek and durable design. The non-skid/non-scratch base and footing, along with a removable mesh air filter, contribute to its stability and easy maintenance. The device is equipped with solid-state controls and a power on/off knob, as well as power on/pan-present indicator lights. It offers a dual-functionality - cook or temp mode, with a knob-set thermostat control. The power level ranges from 1-20 in "cook" mode, and the temperature range spans from 110° - 400° F (43° - 204° C) in "temp mode."
