The Spring USA SM-263R MAX Induction™ International Range is a built-in cooking appliance measuring 12-5/8"W x 13-7/16"D x 3-5/16"H (320mm x 340mm x 80mm), catering to the demands of modern kitchens. Featuring SmartScan® technology, it offers over/under voltage protection and recognizes pan size and type, ensuring precise cooking. The 5mm tempered glass top provides durability and a sleek look, while the large LED display facilitates easy monitoring of power and temperature. Its sealed induction base with a flanged cooking surface enhances safety and efficiency. The range includes a separate control panel connected by a 43" cable, complete with a mounting frame bracket and a silicone rubber protective top seal. Solid-state controls and a power on/off knob ensure user-friendly operation, accompanied by power on and pan-present indicator lights. This dual-function range allows for both cook and temperature modes, with a knob-set thermostat control and a lighted temperature indicator. The power level ranges from 1 to 20 in cook mode, while the temperature spans from 110° - 400° F (43° - 204° C) in temp mode. Crafted in black stainless steel, it operates on 220-240v/50/60/1-ph, 2600 watts, and 10.8 amps, with a CEE-7/7 (16A) Schuko plug, and is certified by ETL, UL-STD 197, FCC, cETL, and ETL-Sanitation to NSF-4 standards.
