The Spring USA SM-263RU MAX Induction™ International Range is a built-in cooking appliance measuring 12-5/8"W x 13-7/16"D x 3-5/16"H (320mm x 340mm x 80mm), designed for precision and efficiency. This range incorporates SmartScan® technology, which provides over/under voltage protection and recognizes pan size and type, enhancing cooking accuracy and safety. Its 5mm tempered glass top is durable and easy to clean, while the large LED power/temp display offers clear visibility. The induction base is sealed and features a flanged cooking surface, ensuring stability and heat distribution. A separate control panel with a 43" cable allows flexible installation, and the mounting frame bracket and silicone rubber protective top seal ensure secure placement. The range is equipped with solid-state controls, a power on/off knob, and indicator lights for power on/pan-present status. Users can choose between cook or temp mode, adjusting the knob-set thermostat control with a lighted temperature indicator. In cook mode, the power level ranges from 1-20, while temp mode offers a temperature range of 110°-400°F (43°-204°C). Constructed from black stainless steel, it operates on 220-240v/50/60/1-ph, at 2600 watts and 10.8 amps, featuring a BS 1363 (13A) U.K. plug, and meets ETL, UL-STD 197, FCC, cETL, and ETL-Sanitation to NSF-4 standards.
