This single-unit cook and hold range measures 14-5/8"W x 19-1/8"D x 5-3/4"H and includes a Vulcano 4 qt. non-stick wok (8217-60/32). It features SmartScan® technology, which provides over/under voltage protection, pan size and type recognition, and a large LED power/temp display. The unit's concave shaped coil and tempered black smoked glass surface enhance its functionality and aesthetic appeal, while a silicone rubber protective top seal and non-skid/non-scratch base and footing ensure stability and durability. Additional features include a removable mesh air filter, solid state controls, and a power on/off knob with power on/pan-present indicator lights. The cook range offers two functions - cook or temp mode - and a knob set thermostatic control with a lighted temperature indicator. Its power level ranges from 1-20 in cook mode, while the temperature range spans 110° - 400° F (43° - 204° C) in temp mode. Constructed with a stainless steel body, it operates at 208-240v/60/1-ph, 3500 watt, 14.6 amps, and includes NEMA-6-20p, ETL, UL-STD 197, FCC, cETL, ETL-Sanitation to NSF-4 certifications.
