The Spring USA SM-353WCR-6 MAX Induction® International Wok Induction Range Combo Pack is a compact and versatile cooking solution designed for both countertop and built-in applications. Measuring 14-5/8 inches wide, 19-1/8 inches deep, and 5-3/4 inches high (371mm x 485mm x 145mm), this single induction range comes with a 7-quart, 32 cm non-stick multi-ply wok pan (8216-60/34). It features SmartScan® technology that includes over/under voltage protection and pan size and type recognition, making it suitable for precise cooking. The unit is equipped with a concave shaped coil and a tempered black smoked glass surface and faceplate, complemented by a silicone rubber protective top seal and a non-skid/non-scratch base and footing. It includes a removable mesh air filter and solid-state controls with a power on/off knob and power on/pan-present indicator lights. There are two functions available: cook or temp mode. The power level ranges from 1-20 in "cook" mode, with a temperature range of 110° - 400° F (43° - 204° C) in "temp" mode. The stainless steel body ensures durability, and the unit operates on 220-240v/50/60/1-ph with a power of 3500 watt and 14.6 amps, using a CEE-7/7 16A Schuko plug. It is certified by ETL, UL-STD 197, FCC, cETL, and ETL-Sanitation to NSF-4 standards, making it a reliable choice for professional kitchens.
