The Spring USA SM-353WCR MAX Induction® International Cook & Hold Wok Range is a versatile cooking solution designed for both countertop and built-in applications, measuring 14-5/8" wide, 19-1/8" deep, and 5-3/4" high (371mm x 485mm x 145mm). This single induction unit features SmartScan® technology, which includes over/under voltage protection and pan size and type recognition, ensuring efficient and safe operation. A large LED power and temperature display enhances user interaction. The wok range is engineered with a concave-shaped coil beneath a tempered black smoked glass surface and faceplate, combined with a silicone rubber protective top seal, offering durability and reliability. For stability and safety, the unit includes a non-skid, non-scratch base and footing. A removable mesh air filter supports easy maintenance, while solid-state controls, a power on-off knob, and power on/pan-present indicator lights streamline device operation. With dual functions - cook or temperature mode - and knob-set thermostatic control, it offers a power level range from 1 to 20 in "cook" mode and a temperature range from 110° to 400° F (43° - 204° C) in "temp" mode.
