The Spring USA SM-353WCRU-6 MAX Induction® International Wok Induction Range Combo Pack is a versatile cooking solution, perfect for diverse culinary environments. This countertop or built-in unit measures 14-5/8"W x 19-1/8"D x 5-3/4"H (371mm x 485mm x 145mm), making it suitable for compact spaces. It includes a 4 qt., 32 cm wok pan with a non-stick, multi-ply design. The unit features SmartScan® technology, providing over/under voltage protection, pan size and type recognition, and a large LED power/temp display for intuitive control. Its concave-shaped coil and tempered black smoked glass surface with a silicone rubber protective top seal ensure durability and safety, while the non-skid/non-scratch base enhances stability. Additional features include a removable mesh air filter, solid state controls, a power on/off knob, and pan-present indicator lights. Offering two functions - cook or temp mode, the unit has a knob-set thermostatic control with a power level range of 1-20 and a temperature range of 110°-400°F (43°-204°C).
