The Spring USA SM-353WCRU MAX Induction® International Cook & Hold Wok Range is a versatile cooking appliance designed for both countertop and built-in installations. With dimensions of 14-5/8" W x 19-1/8" D x 5-3/4" H (371mm x 485mm x 145mm), this single-unit range incorporates SmartScan® technology, providing over/under voltage protection and recognizing pan size and type. It features a large LED power/temp display and a concave-shaped coil beneath a tempered black smoked glass surface. For added safety, a silicone rubber protective top seal is included. The non-skid, non-scratch base ensures stability, while the removable mesh air filter allows for easy maintenance. The range is equipped with solid-state controls and a power on/off knob, complemented by power on and pan-present indicator lights. It offers two functions: cook or temp mode, with a knob-set thermostatic control and a lighted temperature indicator. In "cook" mode, it has a power level range of 1-20, while the "temp" mode operates between 110° - 400° F (43° - 204° C). The unit is powered by a brushed stainless steel body, operating at 220-240V/50/60/1-ph, 3000 watt, 12.5 amps, with a BS 1363 (13A) U.K. plug. It meets ETL, UL-STD 197, FCC, cETL, and ETL-Sanitation to NSF-4 standards.
